a bachelor of medicine course

May also learn
midwifery and husbandry
(since human, can also animal husbandry taught in course,
though future hubby hopefully not an animal).
Then when ready
can get certified at a nearby
ROM (Registry of Marriage or Medical Practitioners, take ur pick ).
May become housewife and househusband
